I’m Aarav, the 12-year-old founder of Caspian.
I had a dream to become a entrepreneur. And I loved the outdoors, camping, backpacking, and mountain biking. I wanted to combine my love for the enviroment with a dream.
That’s how Caspian was born—and I started a sustainability program and for every product sold, we plant mangroves in Kenya and remove plastic bottles from the coasts of Indonesia.
But, it wasn't all easy. I had to navigate through tough times, and what drove me was the satisfaction of knowing I made a certain environmental impact every day. Wading through tax forms I saw the light at the end of the tunnel, a large scale environmental impact. Knowing what drove me, I wanted more.
That is why I started a program that moved Caspian towards becoming a nonprofit. For every product sold, we in partnership with Change 1's Life donate 1 more to families in need in Africa.
I know I can't solve poverty or global warming. But, I will do what it takes to put the largest dent in it that I can.
